1. Introduction

Any winnings accumulated on an account that is found to be ineligible — including accounts registered by underage individuals — will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on ZH888 Game. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a working mobile number, date of birth and any other details requested. You are responsible for ensuring this information remains current. If your contact details change, you must update your account profile promptly.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately. ZH888 Game will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login information.

3.3 Identity Verification

ZH888 Game may request identity verification documents at any time — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of documents being submitted in acceptable quality.

3.4 Account Currency

All ZH888 Game accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of account use.

4. Deposits & Payments

ZH888 Game supports PKR deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and Bank Transfer. All deposit methods are available to registered players and are processed in PKR without additional conversion charges applied by the platform.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit within your account dashboard. Players are encouraged to review current minimums before initiating a transaction, as these may be adjusted from time to time.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank Transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. ZH888 Game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Deposit Source

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources or any method not registered to the account holder are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a PKR withdrawal at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. ZH888 Game does not apply platform-side fees to standard PKR withdrawals.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• JazzCash: Typically processed within 2–6 hours during business hours.
• Easypaisa: Typically processed same day for standard amounts.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Processed within 24–48 hours depending on the receiving bank.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Withdrawals above PKR 100,000 may require identity verification before being processed. This is a standard player protection measure. If verification documents have already been submitted and approved, this step will be expedited. ZH888 Game may request additional verification for any withdrawal at its discretion, including where unusual activity is detected on the account.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real money balance deposited by the player is available for withdrawal at any time, subject only to standard verification procedures. Bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

ZH888 Game reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal in the following circumstances: where identity verification is outstanding; where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; where the account is under investigation; or where the withdrawal would result in a negative real-money balance after bonus funds are accounted for.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand these requirements before opting into any promotion.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the criteria specified in each promotion. ZH888 Game reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, decline to award a bonus, or reverse bonus-related winnings where it determines that a player has abused a promotion, created multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or engaged in any form of bonus misuse.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date, after which unused bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus balances and completing wagering requirements within the applicable window.

6.4 Cricket & PSL Promotions

During Pakistan Super League season, T20 internationals and other major cricket events, ZH888 Game may run time-limited promotional offers tied to match schedules. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms above plus any additional conditions stated in the individual offer. PSL promotions are available to all eligible registered players and do not require a separate sign-up unless stated otherwise.

7. Gameplay & Fair Use

ZH888 Game offers slots, live casino, bingo and table games sourced from certified third-party providers. All games operate using independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers under studio conditions.

7.1 Game Availability

Game availability may vary from time to time due to provider maintenance, software updates or other operational requirements. ZH888 Game does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. No compensation will be given for temporary game unavailability unless a technical fault caused a game to malfunction during an active session with real money at stake.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game result — including software errors, connection failures or server interruptions — ZH888 Game reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account balance. Wins resulting from a clear technical error, a display glitch or an incorrectly rendered paytable are not valid and will not be paid out.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZH888 Game and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral for further investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical or electronic device to play games or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live casino games to achieve an artificial outcome.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technical means to disguise your true identity or location.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment sources.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before play begins. These limits may vary by game type, stake level and whether a bonus is active on the account. Placing bets that exceed the maximum permitted stake while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

8. Responsible Gaming

10.1 Consequences of Termination

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned at ZH888 Game's discretion following completion of any applicable investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, all balances — including real money deposits — may be forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered PKR payment method following identity confirmation. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be voided upon voluntary closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

ZH888 Game provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical faults, interruptions or errors.

11.1 Platform Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ZH888 Game shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; service interruptions; or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

11.3 Player Decisions
